Ministry of Information Technology and Communication

The Ministry of Information Technology and Communication (MITC) is responsible for the development and implementation of Government policies in both the IT and Communication sectors.

The MITC is composed of four divisions, namely:

• Civil Status Division,
• Management Information Systems Division (MISD)
• Telecom Division.
  
• Information Division

Mission Statement
To continuously bring about cost effective, accessible and efficient Information Technology (IT) and Communication services to Seychelles and in the process stimulating competition and enhancing the quality of life of all Seychellois. In addition, to provide civil status functions for Seychelles.
